No doubt you've seen the news about the unprecedented attack against Israel by Hamas Islamic terrorists. We all realize how critical our prayers are for Israel, the Jewish people, and the IDF who are going into battle. For many years, Aglow has stood with the people of Israel. They need our prayers and support now, more than ever.

The war in Israel takes a toll on us all; however, when lies are first spoken, it becomes difficult when the truth comes forth because the seed of the lie has been planted first.

This war must be won! First in the heavenlies, then on earth! Father, Israel is the apple of Your eye. Turn the war back at the gates! In Jesus Name, amen!

I encourage you to keep fasting. Keep praying. And keep your eyes upon the Lord who knows all things.

Join me as I declare prayer points from Revive Israel:

• Pray for the salvation of many hearts. God wants to save the people of Israel, the people of Gaza, and everyone. “Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” – 1 Timothy 2:4
• Pray for comfort. Condolences to the families of the kidnapped, injured, and those who have been killed both in Israel and in Gaza. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
• Pray for the protection of the soldiers and the innocent civilians in Israel and Gaza. “The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them.” – Psalm 34:7
• Pray for the victory of God's Kingdom. Only God can win. There are no sides here, there is the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is Yours. Yours is the Kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head above all.” – 2 Chronicles 29:11

Declarations for Israel

• Declare unity in the government of Israel.
• Declare an awakening among young people in Israel. Pray for an awakening of purpose and destiny among Israeli young people. Pray for an awakening to the deception of radical Islam among Arab young people. Pray for the spiritual awakening of the One New Man.
• Declare an awakening among the ultra-orthodox Jews in Israel. Pray they awaken to the benefits of the State of Israel for them. Pray they are filled with passion to serve and support the nation. Pray for spiritual awakening.
• Declare safety for the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces. Lord, give them wisdom, protection, strength, and endurance. Encourage their hearts.
• Declare comfort for those who mourn. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
• Declare healing and comfort for the people of Israel who are traumatized by the sights, sounds, and experiences of war and loss, especially children.
• Declare protection and the safe return of hostages. Pray also for the families who don't know if their loved ones have survived attacks or kidnappings.
• Declare awakening among all Jews, in Israel, and throughout the world, to turn their hearts towards Jehovah, then towards Yeshua.
• Declare awakening among Muslims that peace-loving Muslims recognize the agenda of radical Islam and turn away from Islam toward Yeshua
• Declare our Mighty Man of War, Jehovah, prevails over His enemies. Pray for a clear, decisive victory.
• Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Pray for Believers

• Pray for Messianic Believers in Israel. Pray for their protection and provision. Pray they are encouraged in Yeshua. Pray they are filled with hope and bring hope to others.
• Pray for Messianic Believers around the world. Pray they are comforted and encouraged in Yeshua and filled with hope. Pray they are protected from acts of violence and antisemitism.
• Pray for Arab Christians in Israel - both those in Israel and in Palestinian territories. Pray for their protection and provision. Pray their hearts are filled with hope and strength.
• Pray for Arab Christians around the world. Pray their discernment is clearly guided by Holy Spirit and is now swayed by lies in some of the media reports. Pray they are protected from prejudice.
• Pray for International Believers in Israel, for their protection and provision. Pray they are strengthened to bring hope to all Believers in the land.
• Pray for the Church worldwide. Pray we are clear in our support and love of Israel and the Jewish people. Pray the unbiblical beliefs of Replacement Theology are exposed by the truth of God’s plan for One New Man (Ephesians 2:15-18). Pray for the Persecuted Church and those who are suffering acts of violence and oppression rooted in an antichrist spirit.

Pray for Nations

• Pray for awakening among nations to see the right of Israel to defend herself.
• Pray for awakening among nations to the strategies of Iran.
• Pray that nations align in support of Israel. Pray for your nation to align in support of Israel. God says this of Israel, “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:3).
• Pray that any plans of violence rooted in antisemitism are exposed and stopped in your nation.
• Pray that any sleeper cells of terrorism in your nation are exposed and demolished.
• Pray for the media in your nation to report the truth.
• Pray for Aglow in each nation to bring truth and hope regarding Israel.

A Note and A Prayer

Quite a number of years ago I saw a lion in my spirit as I prayed in Israel. It was the Lion Judah leaping from peak to peak of the mountains surrounding Jerusalem. It was a powerful scene! I could see His strength as He Himself surrounded Jerusalem. I could see His delight and love for the city and His beloved ones who dwelt there. I could see His jealousy for His people and fierceness against anything that would seek to harm His Land or His people. As I’ve prayed for Israel in this time of war, I have thought often of that scene of the Lion of Judah I saw in my spirit. Thank You, Lord, that You Yourself are surrounding Jerusalem and all of Israel – that You are passionate about the people of Israel – the Jews, the Arabs, and the internationals. We partner with You as we pray for Israel, as we pray AS Israel at this critical time. “The Lord will march out like a Champion, like a Warrior He will stir up His zeal; with a shout, He will raise the battle cry and will triumph over His enemies” - Isaiah 42:13. “O LORD, the God of our fathers, are You not God in the heavens? And are You not ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand so that no one can stand against You” – 2 Chronicles 20:6.
