You’ve Been Called For Such A Time As This
This is an excerpt from Jane Hansen-Hoyt’s Message to the World.
Dutch Sheets said, “Aglow is in its finest hour. You were born for such a time as this in history. This is an Esther organization.” How many times have we heard that, and yet the Lord chooses to continue to affirm that truth to us so we don’t get off track, or we don’t lose our way? He continually says that we are an Esther organization, and we know that Esther was called for such a time as this. You’ve been called for such a time as this.
We need to know what His Word is for us in this hour. It’s like we’re in a time when the manifestation of the sons of God is to appear. We’re ready! Sons and daughters of God appearing, manifesting in freshness and newness of life. It will be glorious!
We will not miss what God has for us. We won’t miss how He is leading us. We are very sure that we’re moving into, or perhaps have stepped into, The Third Great Awakening. We’re a ministry that walks in a heavenly anointing that continually brings me awe.
- I was born for such a time as this! Lord, lead me into the fullness of Your plans and anointing in this hour.
- For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God . . . The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God . . . For the earnest expectation of creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. – Romans 8:14-19
- The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me – Isaiah 61:1
- Thank You, Lord, for calling me, anointing me, and equipping me for such a great move of Your Spirit throughout the earth.
Summon the Nations!
Aglow Int’l is called to take the Light of Jesus, to bring hope, and to build the Kingdom in all communities, cities, and nations.
- I will whistle for them and gather them, for I will redeem them. And they shall increase as they once increased. – Zechariah 10:8 NKJV
- Look! You will summon nations you’ve never heard of. Nations who have never heard of you will come running to follow you because Yahweh, your God, the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you. – Isaiah 55:5 TPT
- Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you. – Habakkuk 1:5
- And all the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, just as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. – Matthew 25:32
- Pray for Aglow in your Region of the world to arise as a strength in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
- Pray for nations where Aglow has not yet built a community of Kingdom believers. Lord, open the doors and resource Aglow to propel the Kingdom in these nations!

- Pray for fruit to burst forth where seeds of the Gospel have been planted.
Great Awakening – Revival
In recent weeks there have been many sudden, extraordinary reports of the Spirit of God moving upon gatherings of people in spiritual awakening and revival. Some are the result of university students spontaneously pouring out their hearts in humble prayer, testimony, and worship. Others have been sweeping crusades resulting in miracles and many coming to salvation. There is evidence of this happening throughout the world.
- Lord, cause Your Spiritual Awakening to stir through every nation of the world!
- Draw us humbly before Your cross and cause the fire of Your Word to burn in our hearts.
- Transform our lives by Your Spirit.
- As we present ourselves before You, show us how to move with Your Spirit to rise to the fullness of all You want to do in us, for us, and through us.
- Give Aglow in each nation strategies to pursue Your Spirit in a fresh way.
Prophetic Declarations – It Is Time!
Our prophetic words are our history given in advance. From the moment they are spoken, they belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!
Aglow in the Gates of Nations
We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.
An excerpt from Embrace Your Call
It is often said by prophetic people that “we were born for such a time as this,” but if you let that go to a deeper level and you really let it impact your spirit and think about what we are saying, we really were born for this time in history. That is not an intimidating thing for me, but it is a very, very sobering thing to me. . . . When He says, “It is time,” we need to start thinking differently. . . . When God says,” It is time,” it is time. It does not matter who is in control. It does not matter what nation thinks they are in charge. It does not matter who is sitting on the throne. It does not matter what the religious world has done. It does not really matter any of these things. When God says,”It is time,” IT IS TIME!

- Pray for those who are grieving the loss of lives, homes, and businesses. Pray for Christians to draw strength from the promises of God. Pray they will carry hope to others.
- Pray for the provision of goods and services, especially for those who have lost homes and businesses.
- Pray for wisdom for those who are bringing aid and help. Lord, give them strategies to truly help and make a substantial impact for the suffering.
- Lord, reveal Yourself to all who are affected by this devastation. Show them Your Love, Hope, Redemption, and Salvation. You are their Helper.
- Declare Awakening throughout the nations of the earth!
- Lord, empower Aglow people in these nations to hasten Your Great Awakening.
- Thank You, Lord, for Your overcoming spirit in Aglow throughout the world. Be encouraged as you share these fresh testimonies of the Goodness of God! Lord, love the world through me! Show Your goodness through me!
- Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
- Lord, open the gates of nations to the King of Glory!
- Lord, stir a deep compassion in me for the people of these nations.
- Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation and restoration.
- Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
- Pray also for these South American nations where Aglow has a presence. Next month we will pray for more European nations. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.

A Note and A Prayer
One of the most radical prayers we can pray is part of the prayer that Jesus taught His Disciples when He prayed, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” When we pray those simple words, the King of kings steps into our circumstances. When He steps in, everything changes to align with His Lordship, His Sovereignty, His Love, His Grace, and His Goodness. When we pray those simple words, the atmosphere that may seem chaotic or fearsome suddenly shifts into the order of Heaven. The Light of Christ suddenly breaks through the darkness. The Peace of God suddenly dispels chaos and fear. Whatever may be going on in your life, your family, or your nation, Jesus has already given you the right prayer to pray. He has given you the power and the authority to pray the prayer that brings the King into your life. Lord, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Lord, I lift up Aglow leaders and intercessors around the world. Thank You that You are the answer to whatever they are going through personally and in their nations. I join with them today to declare Your Kingdom is coming into their bodies to bring healing and strength. Your Kingdom is coming into families to bring reconciliation, hope, and salvation. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in each nation. Break through darkness with Your glorious Light. Crush chaos with Your Peace. Comfort those who need to know You are near. Come, Lord Jesus, step into our circumstances and bring Your Glory.
