The Muskegon Michigan Aglow recently completed their second Women of the Bible Enrichment Series in which a Biblical woman is “uniquely brought to life” each week. The 8-week series is coupled with small study groups that gather after the presentation to glean what the Bible has to say about the portrayed woman, gleaning personal application for each woman’s life.
Scharlett McKinnon, Muskegon Michigan Lighthouse President, writes, We begin our work in early June and July and do our presentations on 8 Mondays during the months of September and October. This year God brought nearly 200 women to the series each week. We are grateful for each and every woman who came. 350 different women over the 8 weeks came through the doors, including at least 120 who had never previously been a part of an Aglow.
There is so much the Lord desires to do. We can clearly see women desiring to come alongside us in ministry to one another. 54 faithful volunteers embraced the vision of the Women of the Bible series. We honored them on the 9th week for their dedicated service.
