We Know Some Things
This is an excerpt from Jane’s recent letter, Aglow – Our Divine Advantage.
During the past 55 years, Aglow has spiritually matured. We have learned some things about God and those things have become His hand in our back that propel us forward in faith throughout the world. We do not shrink back, rather, like David, we run to the battle lines in communities, towns, and villages in 170+ nations. Aglow men and women know how to pull down all the Grace needed to see atmospheres shift as His Kingdom comes.
WE KNOW that even though the world lies under the sway of the wicked one, we have been born of God for such a time as this. God has elevated us to see the big picture and we come with a message of hope, strength, encouragement, and all is founded upon Biblical principles that stand the tests of time. Those truths are our anchor points in an ever-changing world. His truths are unchanging!
- Lord, we run boldly towards every promise and every challenge You have placed before us. We courageously take the Kingdom of Heaven to our communities and nations.
- Lord, overwhelm us with Your Grace! Your Grace will change the atmosphere, open doors to the gospel and align earth with the purposes of Heaven!
- We look expectantly to You, Oh Lord, for Your words of hope, strength and encouragement.
- You are our anchor. Your truth is unchanging!
Prayer for Nations
Lord, bless us, enlarge us and empower us to take territory for Your Kingdom. May we always walk with your Hand of guidance and favor upon us. Crush evil as we walk in Your Presence and power, and keep us from harm. May we carry Your blessing, demonstrate Your goodness and walk in Your love as we carry Your Name to subdue the works of darkness and release Your glory in the earth. (Adapted from I Chronicles 4:10)
Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. – Isaiah 60:1-2
European Nations
- Pray for nations that are vulnerable to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Pray for wisdom, safety and courage.
- Pray for nations that are opening their doors to Ukrainian refugees and those who are providing aid. Lord, bless them for their generosity and hospitality.
- Continue to pray for the people of Ukraine. Pray for Aglow in Ukraine. No weapon formed against them shall prosper. Pray for food, shelter and other supplies to reach those in need
- Pray for Russians who are distraught in this time of conflict. Declare courage to the Christians of Russia. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5
- France - Pray for the June elections for the presidency and parliament deputies. Lord, bring people who carry Your heart for the nation into these offices.
Sri Lanka
Pray for the two million farmers who depend on their produce to sustain their families. Due to a sudden switch by the government to organic farming, there are food shortages and people struggling to have their daily needs met. Pray for godly leaders to arise to steer Sri Lanka out of this economic crisis. Pray that Aglow people will stay strong and bring hope and light to their nation.
Israel
- Pray blessing upon Believers in Yeshua. May they find favor among people in Israel. May they be protected. May they stand strong in faith and be empowered by Holy Spirit to make disciples as Christ commanded.
- Pray for unity among Believers, both Jewish and Gentile believers. Make us One, in You, Father!
- Pray for relationships that Aglow has and is currently developing with Believers in Israel. May we grow strong together.
- Declare signs, wonders and miracles to flourish in Israel as a witness of God’s great love and a revelation of His Son.
Prophetic Declarations
Our prophetic words are our history given in advance. From the moment they are spoken, they belong to us and must become as real in our hearts as they are in the heart of God. As the prophetic word is spoken, see God standing in the future, speaking back to you in the present. He is telling you who you are becoming. Be encouraged!

- You are part of a company of warrior hearts, worshiping warriors who live for Him and long to see Him glorified, exalted. And you have formed a Heavenly partnership. You are a partner of the King… You are an expression of Him! You are Him, you are Jesus to the people. You are His hands, you are His feet, you are His voice, you are His Glory. You are His fire. You are His river. You must do this, you must, you must do this. You must. You must burn. You must burn. Anti-Human Trafficking – Pray for Vulnerable Children
- Pray for the young girls and boys in your life as you drive or walk through your neighborhood.
- Pray for your schools. Pray for discernment for teachers. Let them have eyes to see and ears to hear when dangerous activity is going on. Give them wisdom in how to respond.
- Ask God for scripture to proclaim over your neighborhood – and proclaim it!
- The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. James 5:16

Aglow in the Gates of Nations
We are praying for Aglow to be affiliated in every nation of the world. We are very close to reaching that goal. Let’s continue to move forward together, a company of champions and global leaders of significance, to see Every nation touched, every heart changed.

- Embrace a fresh anointing and passion for evangelism. Share the love of Jesus with people you meet daily. Tell the testimony of how Jesus interrupted your oppressive circumstances to redeem the outcome. Pray for the needs of people you talk with and expect miracles.
- Thank You, Lord, for Your overcoming spirit in Aglow throughout the world. Celebrate the testimonies of Aglow.
- Lord, awaken us to practical ways we can “love our neighbors” and demonstrate Who You are for them.
- Pray for passion to fulfill Jesus’ apostolic commission to establish the Kingdom of God in each nation.
- Pray that an Aglow Prayer Group will be established in the capital cities of every nation.
- Pray for Aglow to establish powerful Kingdom Communities founded on the fullness of Christ in every nation.
- Pray there is an opening for Aglow International to cultivate a presence in every nation that creates an atmosphere of celebration, impartation and restoration.
- Pray for Christians in every nation to grow in courage and an overcoming spirit.
- Pray also for these nations of Central America where Aglow has a presence. Pray for a greater influence for the Kingdom of Heaven. Pray for new leaders to arise. Pray for younger generations as they respond to the call of leadership in Aglow.
