Registration closes October 19, 2022. Please note there will be NO onsite registration this year. Space is Limited - Register Early!

Registration Information

Registration Confirmation

Those registering on the Internet will receive an immediate confirmation via email. Others, not registering on the Internet, will receive a confirmation email containing conference information within 4 to 6 weeks of receipt of your registration. If you have no email address, a confirmation letter will be mailed to you. Carefully review your confirmation information immediately upon receipt and notify the Aglow International registration office of any discrepancies. You are not required to bring your confirmation letters with you to the conference. All that is required to pick up your conference wristband will be a photo ID. Confirmation letters will only be sent once. Due to this, please make sure that all of your personal information is correct. If you do not receive your confirmation email, be sure to check all spam and junk email folders.

Conference Wrist Bands

ALL wristbands will be ready for pick up on-site at the conference hotel, on the fourth floor outside of the Grand Ballroom. Photo ID will be required for onsite wristband pickup. Your wristband is your admittance to all sessions. Be sure to keep it on for the whole conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing and postmarked on or before October 10, 2022. A $50 cancellation fee will be retained on all conference registration cancellations. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for processing. No refunds will be granted after October 10, 2022. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual until the transfer request cut-off on October 10, 2022; ALL transfer requests MUST be made in writing by email and sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Registration fees not refunded or transferred will be considered a donation to the ministry.
There will be no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy.

55th Anniversary Dessert Reception

Aglow International is hosting a 55th Anniversary Dessert Reception Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM at our Conference Hotel. This is a limited ticket event due to room capacity. Only 400 reception tickets are available. Purchasing your reception tickets with your conference registration is recommended. Tickets are $30 per person and are nonrefundable. Click here to register.
