Use one Conference Registration Form for each registrant (family registration to include spouse and/or children can be included on one form).

  • *Payment must accompany your registration form.
  • **Youth, ages 0-18 are free. Those not sitting in their parents lap or in a stroller must be included on the parent registration form and must wear a wrist band to gain entrance into each session or function.
  • Global Partner Discount. You must include your GP number and renewal date on registration form to take the discount. Without this information filled in, the regular registration fee will apply. Note: All attendees who have a Global Partner number receive the $20 discount (including spouses).
  • Your registration for conference constitutes your permission for Aglow International to use your picture in the event your image appears in a video or still picture.

Registration Confirmation

  • Those registering online will receive immediate confirmation via email.
  • Those registering by mail, fax, or phone will receive a confirmation email containing conference information within 4 to 6 weeks of receipt of your registration.
  • Those who do not have email will have a confirmation letter mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks.

Carefully review your confirmation information immediately upon receipt and notify the Aglow International registration office of any discrepancies. Confirmation letters will only be sent once, due to this. Please make sure that all of your personal information is correct.

Wrist Bands Replace Name Tags

  • This year each attendee will receive a wristband on site, which will give you entrance to all sessions and Aglow events.
  • Your wristband will be available for pick up at a designated Wrist Band location on site. Be sure to keep it on for the duration of conference.
  • Replacement bands are $25.00 each.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy.

Transfer Policy

  • Registration fees may be transferred to another individual until the transfer request cut-off on August 25, 2020.
  • ALL transfer requests MUST be made in writing by the original registrant by either email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or by mail to Aglow International, Attn: Registrar, PO Box 1749, Edmonds, WA 98020 and must include: name, phone, email, emergency contact, and home address of the person it is being transferred to.
  • Registration fees not refunded or transferred will be considered a donation to the ministry.

Personal recording of general sessions, either audio or video format, is prohibited.
