as the site of our 2021 Conference,
scheduled for September 24rd through the 26th
at the Doubletree by Hilton at Entrance to Universal

    • You can select the Uber you would like to use and be picked up within the time provided. The credit card on file will be charged the appropriate fees and no cash exchanges hands. There are many economical dining options in Doubletree by Hilton at Universal. The Universal City Walk is an entertainment complex next to Universal Studios theme parks. There are many dining options (reservations are usually required) such as Hard Rock Café, Margaritaville, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Starbucks, Voo Doo Donuts, NBC Sports Grill & Brew, The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, Red Oven Pizza Bakery, and many more! The Universal City Walk is approx. 15-20 min walk from the hotel, a theme park ticket is not required to explore the City Walk

Your registration for conference constitutes your acknowledgment that an inherent risk of exposure to viruses and other hazards, that may cause injury or sickness, exists in any public space where people are present. By attending the 2021 Aglow Conference in Orlando, FL, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to viruses and agree not to hold liable Aglow International, nor any of their affiliates, directors, advisors, employees, or volunteers, and will not attempt to hold any of them liable for any illness or injury.

If you have any difficulties obtaining the room or the dates that you require, please call Reservation Services at 1-800-222-TREE (8733) and they will assist you. In order to receive the special group/discounted rate, Individual MUST mention that they are with the group "2021 Aglow International" as well as give the group code AI5 (A as in "Aglow", I as in "International", 5 the number). It is important that the full group name is given "2021 Aglow International"​

  • Click on the Double Tree housing link
  • On the Aglow Doubletree page, click the "book a room" button
  • Then, on the next page that says "Hilton Honors in the upper left corner" there is a picture of the Doubletree hotel on the upper right corner. Under this picture click on a link that says, "edit stay"
  • A light gray box will appear under the words "Select a Room", and you will need to click on the actual date "21 Sept" to change it,
  • Do the same for departure date
  • Then click the word "update"
  • The group code is automatically entered in the "special rate" selection through the Aglow housing link so you should not need to enter it if making reservations online.

Room Rates/Taxes

To take advantage of the special Aglow International group rate, be sure to book your reservation by August 31, 2021 at 5:00pm ET. After this date, the official Aglow International blocks will be released and rooms will be subject to hotel availability. All rates are per room, per night and are subject to a 12.5 % sales & occupancy tax (subject to change). When making a reservation, please select which room type you need and provide any requests in the “additional requests” section of the Guest Information page. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed. Resort Fees are waived for guests who book their rooms in Aglow International’s group rate with provided GROUP CODE (above).

Guaranteeing Room

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Credit cards must be valid thru September 30, 2021.

Guest reservations require a credit card at the time of reservation. The credit card will serve as a hold to validate/confirm the reservation. Actual credit card charges are not applied until check in. In the event that you do not arrive on your requested arrival date, the card given at the time of booking will be charged one night’s room and tax. Should you cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date the first night deposit is refundable up to (3) three days in advance of the Event Date.

Modifications/Cancellations

You may modify or change a reservation up until 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Any rooms not canceled twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date and left unoccupied will be charged a one-room night and tax penalty, billed to card on file. All reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge. Any reservations with a declining credit or debit card will be subject to cancellation.

Individual departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in. Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a one-time departure fee of $79 (one night room and tax) and will be charged to that guest’s individual account.

For quality accommodations, comfort, safety and best prices we strongly recommend that you to stay within Aglow’s housing block at the Doubletree by Hilton at Universal Entrance Hotel.

Please do not hold rooms that you may not use.

Registration cost is $125 and includes access to all of the General Sessions with Jane Hansen Hoyt, Dutch Sheets, and Lance Wallnau. You'll have access to view the archives of these sessions until December 31, 2021, to watch them as many times as you like. That's a great value!

Aglow International has selected the city of Spokane, Washington as the site of its 2018 U. S. National Conference, scheduled for November 1st through the 4th at the Spokane Convention Center.

Would you like to be a part of the behind the scenes conference community at our Aglow 2018 US National Conference? We would love for you to join us! We at Aglow headquarters are so grateful for your willingness to serve and help us set the stage for God to move at this year’s US National Conference. The Lord is doing BIG things in and through Aglow International and YOU are part of that! We would love to have you as a part of the team that puts together what will be one of our most exciting conferences yet, and Spokane, Washington is the setting!

If you are interested in volunteering this year and would like more information, download our Volunteer Form. We have 20 committees and each of the committees needs volunteers to help. Please pray about which committee the Lord is calling you to help with at this year’s conference.

If you live in the following states: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Northern Idaho we are excited to be able to invite you to apply for a position on our General Conference Support Team, an important part of every Aglow conference. The General Conference Support Team (GCST) is a group of leaders (you do not need to be in an Aglow leadership position to apply) who live within commuting distance of the conference city.

This year the GCST is made up of 20 committees. Each of these committees needs a Chair and Co-Chair to oversee the committee, recruit volunteers, and help us, the Aglow International staff, to put on the conference.
