Put Your Stake in the Ground

tent negativeEnlarge the place of your tent...lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes! That was a statement Graham Cooke made this past week as several of us sat around the conference table with him. I asked him to enlarge on that thought. This is what he said.

“Aglow has a history with God that is unusual. Aglow is in 170 nations and has earned a level of trust with God.  You have earned the right to be here.  You have planted things out of nothing. Aglow is a stand-alone group and you have done it the hard way. You know how to pray. You know how to battle. You have been around 48 years and you are still here.”

Calling for a Three Day Fast!

key in door web smallThere is so much taking place in the world.  The atmosphere is filled with hostility, hatred, murder, and terrorism. The world looks to governmental leaders for a plan to counter the rising tide of evil. Mankind wants to be comforted by the false sense that the “enemy has been contained.” 

We need a counter attack that turns the enemy’s strategies into confusion.

The hour in which we live is strategic and we understand that we have been called for such a time as this!  We will not miss God’s direction or His guidance in our prayers.  We will not miss His heartbeat in this moment.

It is a Time of Reformation!

Jane preaching2Thousands of christians celebrated jerusalem’s annual feast of tabernacles! 

Black lights and sensational music, dancing, prayer, charity, a march of thousands of colors from more than 80 nations – a march in solidarity with Israel; such was the scene of the 36th annual Feast of Tabernacles conference and celebration, hosted by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) from Sept 27-Oct.1.  The event brought more than 5,000 people to the Israeli capital, including more than 50 pro Israel Christian parliamentarians and government officials from more than two dozen countries.
