Pray for Israel

Continue to pray for Israel regarding issues of governing and/or dividing the land.  Pray that Israel as a nation comes to a full understanding that they are different from any other nation in the world.  They are a unique people living in a unique land – and people and a land chosen by God for His own purposes.  Pray for Biblical principles to rule in the hearts and minds of those make decisions, and pray for world leaders to align with a Biblical position regarding Israel. 

• A land for which the LORD your God cares; the eyes of the LORD your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year – Deuteronomy 11:12
• For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her salvation as a lamp that burns.-- Isaiah 62:1

Jane Hansen-Hoyt has been invited as the first woman keynote speaker at this Promise Keepers’ 20^th anniversary stadium event.  Aglow has been invited to partner with PK in this effort to honor women, modeling men and women working together as God intended.  Prayer for this milestone event is an important prayer strategy for the gender reconciliation mandate.  There are two other focuses of this event as well: to be a tangible blessing to the poor and oppressed and embrace our Messianic Jewish brothers as our spiritual fathers in the faith.  We are expecting God to do something powerful through this event in the spiritual alignment of these three areas. These expectations will be met as we hear the call to prayer and respond with earnest, expectant decrees from heaven that align earth with the purposes of God. 

• Pray for Promise Keepers’ leaders and all of the preparations for “A Time to Honor”.
• Pray for Jane as she prepares to release the sound of male/female reconciliation and dominion in an unprecedented setting with an unparalleled anointing to transform the spiritual atmosphere.

I Timothy 1:18 says, “. . . according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare.”  As we proclaim the prophecies the Lord has given, we can use those words to war for the destiny of our nations.  For several months we are focusing on some of the words God has spoken over the foundation and destiny of some of the African nations, proclaiming the fulfillment of all that God has purposed for this region of the world.  As we pray for Africa, we do so with the understanding that when God brings a great move of His Spirit in one continent, it will affect the whole world and bring us all close to God’s heart for His Kingdom. 

Here are some prophetic proclamations that have been made in Ghana.  Some of these are already being fulfilled.  As we pray, we agree with what God has proclaimed for the people of this nation.

• There will be great advancement in Education and Health Care, and the financial resources will be available for teachers and health care providers.
• God will give wisdom to the government leaders to rule the land (Esther 4: 14).   The next government is a “Joshua” government – those who will lead the nation into the destiny God has planned (Revelation 3:8).
• Ghana is moving to years of Glory. Ghana is crossing into years of fulfillment.
• It is time for families to be strong in Ghana. The youth of Ghana will walk in purity.  Pray for godly, Christ-centered marriages.  God is bringing new love between wife and husband and support between wife and husband.
• Ghana has Hope and Vision.  Ghana is a gateway of hope, vision and fulfillment for Africa.
• There will be progress and financial blessings in Ghana.  There will be wisdom, education, dignity, promotion, elevation, favor and honor for future leaders of Ghana. (Isaiah 46:11) 

Operation 222 is a prayer assignment named for the 222 nations in the world.  Let’s continue to move forward together, an army in the Spirit, to see these nations touched by Aglow!
