Kristina Turner, Aglow Finland National President, and her team recently journeyed by bus into Russia to distribute 160 pairs of woolen socks which were knitted by the loving hands of ladies living close to the eastern border. The socks were distributed in St. Petersburg at a prison, a shelter for street children, and at an Aglow meeting.
Those attending the Aglow meeting received personal ministry in addition to the socks. Kristina writes, “The Finnish women blessed every one present even though they did not have a common language. The women were really hungry for the Lord.” The Lord was present to heal physical and emotional ailments. One woman was even healed of a problem she had with her arms from birth. Many other inner wounds were healed.Aglow Finland is arising to their destiny, demonstrating what it means to be a transformational Kingdom culture whose mindset is not of this world.
